The http://www.readymix.ro website is doing efforts to protect to the highest degree possible the right on confidentiality and image of its users. Our intention is to provide you, the website user, with a safe online experience, which will not have any negative effects on your private life. To that aim, we are doing everything needed for making sure that the information you put into our database is used only for the purposes you have envisaged.

Applying the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and European Union Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (abridged GDPR)
On May 25, 2018, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and European Union Council of April 27, 2016 (abridged GDPR) entered in force and beginning on that date, you became able to contact the person responsible for personal data protection by using the next email address: gdpr@readymix.ro.
The expression PERSONAL DATA means any data on a natural person, which could directly or indirectly lead to identifying that person. It includes the Surname, First name, address, email address, any Identification number, any information Location and any other online identification element, such as the device used for going online, the IP address or the information acquired by the cookies. At the same time, such data can include the details on the orders you have placed with the Company or details on the agreements you have concluded with the Company. Such data can come from you and from other sources (e.g. information obtained from the Trade Registry).
Considering the CONSENT, with the aim of collecting and using your personal data, we have implemented all technical means for you to be able to supply the consent while being fully aware of the context, from your first and up to your last interaction with this website. Data protection – purpose and grounds
In connection to the social media, our purpose is educational and the new rules on personal data protection (GDPR) are part of this context. As consequence, we promise that the safety of your data is a priority for us and that we are using such data for the sole purpose of providing a customized experience on our website and on the online platforms that we are using for promoting our services and products (Facebook and Google).
As the same time, the purpose of processing personal data can be concluding and enforcing agreements/orders on delivering the merchandise and providing the services to which you are party and that you have concluded (be it as purchaser, beneficiary, guarantor, representative or in any other position), as well as for enforcing, including by means of court decisions, the rights and obligations given by the legislation in connection to enforcing the agreements. Thus, in such circumstances, the legal grounds for processing the data is concluding and enforcing the agreement or pursuing a legitimate interest, according to the provisions of article 6 paragraph (1) letter (b) and letter (f) of the (EU) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and European Union Council of April 27, 2016 (abridged GDPR). At the same time, when you are our client, we believe we have a legitimate interest to contact you with the aim of offering services / products for sale (preamble 47 of GDPR).
The processing of personal data that is grounded on consent will take place according to article 6 paragraph (1) letter a of GDPR.
 
Using your data
We use your data if we have your consent and while complying with the other grounds indicated above, in several manners, according to their type. Below you can find details on the data we collect and how we use them after that:
Email address
If you have given us your email address, we will use it for sending you information emails on our products and services, as well as on the articles and resources we publish regularly on this website.
First name and Surname
If you have given us your First name and Surname, we use those data for customizing the emails you will get form us.
Professional position
If you have given us your Profession position, we use those data for customizing the emails that the users get from us.
Phone number
If you have given us your Phone number, we use those data for being able to contact you rapidly.
Company name
If you have given us the name of your employer or of the company you manage we use those data for concluding the agreements that sets out your participation or that of one of your employees.
Invoicing data
If you have given us your invoicing data (personal identification code, sole registration code, registration number with the Trade Registry, address of the company’s office, bank account, bank name, legal representative’s name, and the position of the legal representative), we use those data for concluding the agreement.
Browser/IP/device data
If you have agreed to allow us to collect details on your Browser, IP, Device, we use those data for determining how you use our website, the purpose being to make the necessary adjustments for you to be able to easily find the information you are looking for.
 
Conclusion
We have implemented all technical means for you not to be bound to supply any kind of data (everything is optional), except for the case when your personal data are required for us to comply with the legal obligations. You should remember that without those data, certain portions of the website might not operate in an adequate manner, we might not be able to collaborate with you or we might not be able to inform you on the services we provide, in which you might be interested. At the same time, refusal to supply certain data (surname, first name, address, details for enforcing the agreements that will be concluded etc.) will hinder you from placing an order or concluding a merchandise delivery/service provision agreement with us etc.
 
Confidentiality on the underage person’s data
The company does not willingly collect personal data from persons below 16 years old. If a parent or a guardian is aware of his/her children having supplied their personal data to the Company, he/she must notify the Company at once. If the Company finds that a person that has not turned 16 years old has supplied his/her personal data, the Company will destroy such information on its servers at once, except for the case when the parent or guardian gives his/her express consent for the Company to process such personal data belonging to the child for the indicated purposes.
 
Keeping the personal data
Your personal data will be kept and processed for the necessary period with the aim of fulfilling the processing purpose, e.g. for processing the orders, deliveries, for meeting certain legal obligations (such as the obligations referring to bookkeeping and tax reporting, archiving, other obligations specific to the Company’s activity area, etc.). Sharing the personal data
We have not sold, do not sell and will never sell your data to third parties. We provide services that rely on the trust of customers and potential customers and the safety of the personal data is vital for that process. Your personal data can be processed by other entities indicated by the Company to process the data on its behalf and for it, but however, the company READYMIX ROMANIA S.R.L. remains the operator of the personal data that have been collected from you.
The only entities that can access the data belonging to the users of this website are the persons with whom we collaborate according to agreements that comprise confidentiality clauses, without whom we would not be able to unfold our activity, and in extraordinary cases and only based on official requests or according to some legal obligations, to the official institutions while considering the circumstance of law enforcement in Romania.
The only data on the persons using this website, which the third parties can access, are aggregated and rendered anonymous, thus that the users cannot be identified.
NO decisions will be made according to an automated processing according to article 22 of the GDPR and there is NO intention to transfer the personal data to a third party or international organization.
 
Our marketing messages
If we have your consent, as well as according to the legitimate interest indicated based on article 6 paragraph (1) letter f and preamble 47 of GDPR (in the latter case, provided you are our customer), we will send marketing messages by email with the aim of informing you on our products and services.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter any time, by using the Newsletter mode on our website, in the Contact section.  By writing down your email address and pressing the Subscribe button, you will receive an email with unsubscribe details in connection to our website. Click on the unsubscribe link from any newsletter we have sent;

In any of the two circumstances, we will make sure you will no longer get our marketing messages by email. Any request for that will be solved in maximum 30 days as of the date of placing it.
 
Approaching the users by online advertisement
We unfold online advertisement campaigns for informing you on the products and services we provide and/or on the articles published on this website.
Given that, we use the social networks (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc.) as well as several techniques for contacting the users during the campaigns, which relay on demographics (gender, age, geographic location, and proximity) or interests. That information is made available to us by the networks indicated above.
Many times, our advertisements, which you see on other websites, are posted based on the information we have on you. For example, if you visit or register on our website, you will then be approached on Facebook or in the Google partner network, by displaying advertisements of our products and services.
